Starfire realizes she's gotten a little too far ahead of the group, and falls back, deciding that facing "test subjects" alone is probably not the best idea. Time to regroup, and make sure she's there to take any further shots aimed at her teammates. That burn Connor's sporting should have been deflected by her.
