The docks? "I'll take care of the school dealers myself, but we're going to cut this off at the head, and to do that, I need to know where the hell he's getting his smack. This has never been his game, and no way he's put this line together from scratch, which means he's either taken over existing methhouses or started importing. Maybe a little of both. So we're going to figure out who the hell is supplying him and put them out of business."

"Second. I don't like this arms shit he's got going down. We're up in drive-bys and we've got a lot of upstart idiots with shiny new AK-47s on the edge of our territory. I want our guys to set up a buy and find out who he's got in charge of this stuff.
