Steph... really doesn't like that idea, but she's a little lacking on choices. Besides, she reasons, if Charlie hadn't been around, Babs would've reassigned her to the whole Plastic Man Truck thing anyway, so her route would've been unpatrolled. At least this way someone's looking out for it. Probably.
