What is it now? He does a quick mental tally as he walk towards the door - the Baileys should be set for now, and the plumber said he couldn't get here until tomorrow at the earliest. The movers are all done, and the heat is working - not well, but enough for now - so what else could it be? Hopefully nothing too expensive, whatever it is - he still has the funds Ollie had set him up with, but he'd really rather not dip into them.
